“I am from Rochester New York. I attend Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences as a current second year in the Public Health program with a Medical Humanities minor on the Pre-Medical Track. A few challenges I have faced are having a balance of work and school. I tend to take on extracurriculars and jobs to help supplement the cost of education as well as taking advantage of opportunities. I have struggled as a result of covid and had trouble learning online.”
“This fundraising goal would allow me to focus more on my education and being involved more on campus. This would allow me to participate in extracurriculars such as the Public Health Association, which promotes public health at my school. I want to lead the leadership committee toward the professional organization distinction for the club. This would allow the club to receive more funding from the school and attract more people to join the club. Allowing more people to learn about public health and how it impacts everything around us.”
