Favio brings over a decade of experience in financial services and technology, encompassing diverse roles in wealth financial planning, operations, corporate finance, and product management. At Truist Bank, he played a pivotal role in enterprise-wide business transition planning for high-net-worth clients. At M&T Bank, he led initiatives within the Multicultural Banking group, which he helped establish, aimed at enhancing services and products for diverse customers across multiple business lines. Favio holds an Economics degree from Mount St. Mary's University and an MBA from Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business.
